Anyone got this problem before?
I found 2 black spots on all my photos i took.
I tried to clean the lens but it's still there.

Any idea how much it will cost if i send to the Fuji service center to clean it?
and how long will it take.

ps. use it for 1 year plus.. no more warranty

thanks in advance for all the answers

Hi,
I used to have similar problem with my 602z and it costed me $80+ for the cleaning service to be done at Fuji.

However, after having it cleaned, I realised that there is a very cheap way of solving this problem. The folks at Dpreview Fuji forum managed to remove the dust from the CCD by pumping a can of compressed air throught the lens assembly into the CCD hence blowing off the dust from the CCD. Such method has achieved closed to 100% success with the exception of one guy in the forum. You may wanna read more about it at Dpreview's forum. Do a search on CCD dust and you will get tons of threads over there with relavent details.

Oh thanks a lot. I'll try that. Don't wanna send my cam to Fuji Service center also, i've heard a lot of bad experiences form those who send their cam to fix!

btw, where can i get can of compressed air here in S'pore and how much will it cost? (i'm kindda new here)
