S2Pro PC sync cap

Lost the tiny pc sync socket cap for the cam. Now using gaffer to tape up the area. Is there anyway i can pickup a new one?

Wah, you kena oso? i dropped mine once... went island hopping trying to find a replacement, lo and behold, TCW had some 'spare parts'... i think they charged me $1.50. i didn't complain. Alternative is to 'order from Japan' or something like that. Wait a few months and pay a bomb.

Oh yes, i kept all my little covers taped up after that.

I do know that the original ones cost like $25 for a little small cap...

go to Nikon SG... i think they sell the original replacements for $10

Hmm, im going TCW to pick up a defungitized fisheye soon so can ask there, so if they dun have, that means i have to go Nikon. Juz tell them the cap is for F80 right?

the sync cap is standard size. juz tell them u want tat cap.
and hor, if u going to Nikon to get, help me get 1 too leh... mine is lost too.. hehe..

Okie, Nikon isn't too far from my work place. I check with TCW first.

I tot the S2 is based on F80 body? Which models got the port?

F80 doesn't have the sync port ( i have F80)
S2 added a sync port for use wif studio strobes.

F100, F5 + a few others have the port.
its a standard size, if i'm not wrong. :P

Juz went down and got one at TCW for $10. Think they still got some there. Taped it tightly on this time . Sorrie that i din pm u cos i dropped down there on the spur of the moment to check on my lens.
