    You are correct. I meant the other way.

    I came from the film SLR too so I can understand the challenge in bridging the gap. Hope you enjoy your DSLR as much as I do. For me, the god send are autofocus and image stabilization that I did not experienced with film SLR especially now that my eyesight is not good anymore and my hands are getting shakier.
