    like to know whats is the best setting to take Aquarium fish.

    Dont use very deep zoom lense, unless you are using very expensive zoom lense, normally it will be slow lense. About 25 to 50mm will be good. If you have prime lense use that.

    Dont use camera flash, if you can use remote trigger flash. If dont have that just make room dark and turn on aquarium light (assuming you have).

    Use circular polarizer, and you should be wearing dark coloured clothes (you do not want your reflection in the aquarium glass. Turn the polariser until you get rid most of the reflection.

    Manual focus is recommended especially for small fishes, but you can try your luck on AF if the fish is large enough, like adult luohan fish.
