TC len

Hi,
I attached the canon 1.75x TC on my G3 and realized that most of the photo captured are out of focus..
Just wonder what could be the reasons:
1. Hand shake
2. Need to set a small aperture
3. There is known auto focus impact when G3 is used with the Canon TC..

Seem like the metering is affected as well.. Hmm??
