Model Shoot - Cheongsam, Colonial, Retro
Hi, I will organize another cheongsam model shoot. We will use mostly available light. We will rent a colonial apartment and cheongsam (2 sets) for the model. This time we would try some "traditional" cheongsam. (The previous cheongsam shoot was "modern" cheongsam.)
Anyone interested? Need to see how good the response is before proceeding for details. It's kinda strange, the 60's Cheongsam seems to be more conservative than the 30's.
Just look at those 1930's Shanghai Dancing Parlour (loosely translated from Wu3 Ting1 or Ye4 Zhong3 Hui4), all high heels, high cut and sleeveless.  |

If it is dancers or performers, the 'sexy' cheongsam will appeal to the rich 'shao ye' who go and watch the performance and give bigger tips... If it's rich 'xiao jie' then the cheongsam may be more elegant and conservative to avoid being branded as a 'fox spirit' and ruin their chances of marrying a good husband. |

Ok went out for a drink with friends last night, came home to see that there were a lot of interests in cheongsam shoots. Details now:
