Where to develop 4R photos in the West?

Dear fellow CSers,

I'll need to help my family develop around 220x 4R size photographs from digital images.
These images are already slightly adjusted for exposure & color tone.
Do you have good recommendations for the store in the west area?
Please also indicate the cost & some contact details for your recommendation.
Thanks a lot.

Last I heard from a kodak store is 25cents per piece for kodak royal paper. (100pcs & above)
