Lens recommendation please?

I'm currently using a Nikon D70. Am looking for a prime lens that is about 20-30mm range and has aperture up to 1.8. Is there any of such lens in the market? Non-nikon lenses but useable on nikon cameras are also fine. It'll be great if prices can be quoted too. thanks!

The nikon one looks really bulky.. think i'll probably consider Sigma 20mm :/ because im thinking of using the lens for street photography (in case of low lighting on cloudy days the aperture range will help) and portraits. so the bulky lens kind of puts me off haha.
