The first one is pretty good..but i would prefer more details..meaning closer..
the second and third..the subject is dead center..try to recompose using the rules of third. then again..for all the shots i prefer a higher level of magnification. Getting a macro lens soon? ![]()

i figured i need a macro lens with longer focal length. 18 - 55mm Macro is not enough. HEE.

I like the composition of the dragonfly shot.
Try shooting at the slowest shutter you can handhold to capture some ambient light from the background, that is, if you want to avoid black background. Or, using a tripod would be the best way. |
