Went to Hindhede Park at Bt Timah today with Sprintist and Falconite to ambush the bugs and monkeys there. Well, only found one monkey, but quite a few bugs
![]() I'll start with one first: #1 Febrita - Cricket at center stage [Whatchoolookinat?] ![]()

Setup is pretty common.. Manual 1/80sec F16 ISO200 for most of the pics you see. The control of the flash is critical...which I am still experimenting actually. A little trick which I will share is trying to get the pictures a tad under-exposed, which then allow you to better tweak in Photoshop. (Stevewhy did also share this in one of his recent macro outing). Haa... I have no idea actually, whats the ID for the spidey is, but it does look like the Rebel's emblem from StarWars isn't it? |

Like said earlier.. I was still experimenting and the earlier series is shot at higher ISO (ISO1600 if u are curious) .. so you do get some pixel which is harder to control. I have an inclination towards high saturation macro but really apprecite that you point this preference out to me. CHeerios! |
