    Default Location for fireworks shoot 2008

    Hi guys, am wondering is there any area where it is not that crowded but can still can good view of the fire works? Dun really like to squeeze with the crowd.

    Got own transport. Wish to just shoot and go home.

    Any area this year?

    I heard changi beach there got fire works?

    damnz reminds me of fishing forum on fishing spots too.. no one wan to share .. hahaha well i got 2 places to think of, one is keppel marina. the other is the 3rd flooor of marina sq... some open air semiroof top...

    Please do a search for the fireworks article. It also lists recommended areas.

    it's the same theory... do you want to pichak the lobang and spoil the place??

    Afterall, how can u control who is reading the thread... You tell 1 person but mebbe another few hundred are reading and starts crowding there, is it productive in the end?

    well, i believe "no place" is secret for the firewall shooting .. so.. join the crowd.. shot and go home enjoy and Happy New Year !

    There is strengh in number. Cicso police officer dare not ask you to move if he has to also move 1000 people.
    But if you are alone, guess what?

    and the place was sooooooooooo flooded juz now with human traffic.

    any one went marina barrage? saw lots of tripods.

    Most 'recommended' places were packed with people
    Really crowded, like the place i was at. The field area near The Sail @ Marina..

    had to put up with this lousy vantage point due to overcrowding

    well, i went to marina barrage at 2am instead and saw the aftermath(Rubbish). Too bad no cam with me.

    There was a army of tripods waiting for people even at 7pm. The entire 3rd floor border facing towards the Marina area were just DSLRs and a sea of photographers....
