Uploaded some photo on flickr. The color seems washed out when compared to the original file but looks ok on the orignal file. e.g. below

because the color profile is not sRGB
change it by gg to photoshop, Edit > Convert to Profile choose sRGB |

Actually note that there seems to be a difference when viewed with firefox and safari.

try to see if flickr is causing the colour problem or firefox.
if you convert to sRGB correctly, both should looked the same. |

Yup using mac. Therefore did a comparison using preview, safari and firefox. safari and preview seems comparable but with firefox and see a difference.
