Wow. Great series. The overexposed leaves of the last shot a bit distracting. It is always very challenging to shoot such action sequences cos u got to react fast. Great work here.

Interesting subject and great capture. First two pics are great
The spider hanging on its web feeding the fly or moth...

Third one nice composition but a pity the leaves reflection (maybe from your flash) overexposed and distracted the main subject. Maybe a small adjustment in the point of shot may avoid this problem.

hmmm... which reminds me, time for lunch.

nice exposure as usual jeff. a bit of nit-picking - the last shot seems a bit too hi-key for my taste...

Hi Jeff

Love the first action shot of the spider suspending on one leg with its prey. Pity that the leaf in the fore ground on the bottom left a bit distracting. But still it is a great series.

thanks for the comments.

the last shot was taken without flash thus since i metered the spider the leaves was over expose.

it is indeed a waste on the 1st shot but having a small shrub and space is simething i dun have to work on i guess tats the best i could do.
