after finishing my editing, i saved the project then exit. the next day i want to do some changes, i can't retrieve it & also can't open 'Auto-Save' files too! it prompts me these:

aiyo u use cs4 izzit....
or cs3 worse case u must uninstall all ur adobe products + registry them reinstall but dont forget to back up the save file |

Can you open a New project file? if can open a new project file. Go to file open the crash project see if can help.
As I see your transition layer may have problem. 3rd party plug-in? Premiere can't load from there. ![]() |

If im not wrong shouldn't your premiere pro have some backup saved copies of your project file?

Try this:
1) create a new proj, then import your old proj. if 1) does not work, 2) rename the folder of your rushes on your hdd to unlink all your raw files. You should be able to open up the proj file now. Then delete those videotransition factory transitions. Then relink the raw files. |
