Default TCs with protruding elements and macro lenses

hi,

Just want a quick clarification.

I have a TC with a protruding rear element so it can't attach to my macro lens
Could attaching an extension tube to the rear of the macro lens be a possible solution?

Since the extension tube would give some clearance to prevent the elements from touching and i don't mind not being able to focus to infinity

Any help is greatly appreciated

Cheers,
Trent

Dear TS, I've attach an extension tube before due to the protruding lense and have no problem using it. Just make sure the lense clears the additional space.
Happy shooting!
