I believe there are sleep disorder clinics available....
I did try to sleep. all sorts of ways.
I slept at 8pm, I woke up at 10 pm, I try to sleep again, I couldn't till around 4am.
I try not sleeping too early, at 12 am, I still wake up around 4am looking at the ceiling and started thinking about work, wishing time would go faster.
I try sleeping LATER at 2 am, I still wake up around 4am, with the same effects.
and most of the times, the TV is off, the ipod is off, the computer is off. Nothing is turned on, to prevent me from going to sleep.
I try not to force myself to sleep, I end up not sleeping at all.
So what is the solution? pump myself with medications?
of course there are ways to go to sleep. I just don't think I had found the right way yet.
or maybe I should just try the eternal sleep. That could be the right solution for me, at least I won't wake up at the magical hour.
And if u think I sound VERY PISSED, that's because I AM!
don't always think that I am purposely doing it to myself. I had this problem since I was young! I honestly doubt that I will self abuse myself so subtlely when there are better and more painful ways of doing it.

I think the doctors would be able to advise you better since this is a long term problem...
Tried exhausting yourself before you sleep??
I guess the last option from the docs would be sleep meds...
but well, if that's the only thing that can work.... problem is, some may get too dependent and addicted.
