Next time if you cant sleep again. try hypotise yourself to sleep. I find it useful espicially when i have tons of spiders crawling inside my brain.
After a good wash up, go lie down in a comfort posture. Close your eyes and relax yourself. Tell yourself to stop thinking of anything & clear off your mind. Start relaxing your brain, ur head, ur eyes, ur neck. every inches of muscle, relax. follow by ur neck, ur shoulder, ur spine, ur back ur arms ur hands, ur fingers. go on with your legs ur feet ur toes. tell every part or the muscle to relax down. as you breath calmly tell yourself that you are tired, very very tired and sleepy. start to think that your body is sinking down to your bed. every slight movement u sink alittle, another slight movement u sink again. U are sinking into your bed and sinking into sleep. every slight movement u sink deeper n deeper into sleep. Calmly repeating telling urself that u are tired and u are sleepy and dosing off. keep sinking and drift away from your conscious state n ...... Zzzzzzzzz
