    Personally prefer your 2nd shot, the line patterns on the leaf (or feather?) nicely cut digaonally across the picture. Good postitioning of the droplets too.

    As for the 1st picture, personally don't really like the top left corner, will prefer the red/white fabric surface to nicely cover the whole picture, giving an endless feel of the backdrop.

    For the border, how about adding a 1px black stroke to the picture, so that on the top right corner of the image, you can clearly see the border between the picture and the brown canvas?

    Alternatively, you might want to try out using emboss style, rather then shadows.

    Thanks 3 times, togu.. for your kind words and advices for my 3 posts... Appreciate your input and will try to improve in future...

    As for the frame, am not a PS pro, was simply using a downloaded action to do the standard frame...hehe....
