Welcome to CS.

Just keep reading and practising...

As for lens choices, consider carefully and your first choice is a good decent one.

What lens(es) have you currently got with your D70?
If it's the kit lens 18-70, that should be sufficient to take most shots. Any reason why you need the long reach of a telephoto lens?

Hi all,

thanks for the warm welcome...

ZerocoolAstra, i want (not a must though) a lens that can zoom faraway leh. Many a times when overseas, i required it but don't have the feature. but i know this doesn't come cheap. so got to save up for it. yah... i currently using the 18-70mm, comes with the camera.

I no good in this hobby.. i don't mind to hear your opinon.

Question: does 200/300mm comes in telephoto?

Don't laugh at my question hor...

Newbie..

Cheers all...

On the cheap, consider either the 55-200 or 70-300.
