    Ya, I realized that.

I replaced the pic with less compression but after saving it in CS, but the image shows the same as the first one. But on my folder, it is different. Will try again & any advice?

P/s: I deleted my previous post and here my pics with less compression.

Man, that would have been an excellent photographic opportunity. Nonetheless, I like the effect here. Can share how you processed it? Thanks!
Bro, I just adjusted the picture in Lightroom with some lomo free preset I find in the internet, and adjust the exposure a little... then just use GIMP for my words. That's it.

What is a "lomo free preset"? I only have PS Elements 5 but hardly use it!

I guess you have not decided what you want to shoot that day or you not familiar with the lens you have? What lens to bring really depends a lot on what you want to shoot that day. The 35mm can shoot a lot of things in SBG, macros, flowers close up, landscape, some observation and patience you can shoot some live subjects sometimes.. In chinatown, you can use the 35mm to shoot some stalls etc..That day i only bring the 35mm and 70mm and a 50mm just for my film camera. I don't feel i need any other lens.

    an ant with 35mm...

Yes, patience was really lacking as this is my first try at macro at SBG. Sometimes luck too.

Really needs more practise and advice/observation from the seefu.

Thanks Richard. Those are something on the leaves, don't think they are fungus, probably native to the plant ...

Saw some C* ppl shooting with their 200mm zoom before the sunset and was thinking those fella were crazy shooting sunset with zoom.

Only when the sun started to set i realise how tiny the sun appeared in the horizon. Must bring my zoom the next time round. Joseph, you pix from de 31 is good cos the sun appears so big!!
    Beautiful shots, seefei.

This one looks so clean at ISO1000.

Pity there were so many people there, and I was too tired to shoot, only got one keeper from the night:
