i mount nikon lens with 4/3 adapter to my e1. Work perfectly, albeit that it is all manual.
however, when i mount the same lens with 4/3 adapter to L1, it did not work at all. Do I have to upgrade the L1 firmware..? or the 4/3 adapter only work with e body and not pana body ? |

I think you should enable "Release shutter without lens" if I remember correctly.

However, with e1, it shows whether it is under/over exposed. Hence after I set the apperture, I could dial up/down depending on the exposure. with L1, nothing is shown. I could only roughly guess throw viewfinder and review on the LCD. Actually this is not a big issue. SInce i am using Nikon 50mm to shot portrait. and I like e1 much more. |
