    get license first...consider renting a car for $50 a day...try to see if u can tahan the ERP charges/petrol charges/parking charges...then work out ur sums again...

    my total monthly expenditure is almost $500 all in..for an OPC car...

    Yeah not having a car was boring for me in Singapore, I do not enjoy taking taxis at all.

    The surchargewas introduced as there were not enough of taxi around. But time has changed, it is time they remove all those extras...now you can see cab q..ing for passengers!

    I paid $8 to take a cab from Jurong East Entertainment Centre to Jurong East Polyclinic... at 5pm.
