ST-E2 Not firing on 1D MkII

Just wondering if there was a custom function I need to set or set something on the ST-E2?

Also how do I get the ST-E2 to act as an AF assist on the 1DMkII?

I looked through both the manual, as well as entire custom function menu and came up with nothing.

Unlike XXD series cameras, the 1D MkII doesn't seem to have a flash control function (duh) that also allows 'external emits & firs/emits only, does not fire etc'?

Great! I just tried it again, and all seems fine! I think one of tyhe contacts may have been a bit dirty or blocked.

Sorry for the inconvenence, but I was stumped for awhile.

Hahaha...well, the shoe was too HAWT, so the left-over of my gaffer orgy go onto her and gunked 'er up a bit!

mine was loose after all the rocking and pumping action. had to wiggle myself to make her feel it.

Sometimes all that wriggling is counter-productive Flip. Wriggle too much and may fire off unexpectedly.
