Default RAW Processing: Canon Utilities or Adobe CS3

Hey Canon Peeps!

Just curious to ask you guys do you use Adobe Camera Raw or Canon Utilities to process your RAW? Your opinions and views on this is appreciated. Thinking of deleting Canon Utilities as the ACR seems to have more flexibility with regards to editing the RAW. =]

i use Canon's DPP (for tethered mode shooting) and it makes natural senses to edit direct from DPP.

Then again. If it does not take up too much of your comp space, just leave it la. Never know when you need it.

yeah i thought of keeping both too~ haha but its sucky whenever my hard drive space turns red in explorer.. >.< Just wondering if it'll be redundant to retain Canon DPP with ACR, other than a matter of preference, anyone has any experience or grounds to feel more inclined for one over the other? =]

I switch between Canon's DPP and Lightroom 2, depending on the color output. It's sometimes possible to get Lightroom 2 to put out the same colors as DPP, but not always. And I am too lazy to do severe color tweaking. For layering and other complex processing, I simply export the TIFF output from the above-mentioned software into Photoshop.
