Default 14-42mm f3.5 and 40-150mm f4

Why this two lens so popular in B&S section ?

Because they are kit lens. Almost everybody have originally. After that, some want to upgrade and try to sell it, but seem like less people want to buy unless their original lens spoil and they do not want to upgrade (less likely). Supply more than demand make their price so low. Decent lens actually.

It is soft or not sharp enough for the image taken by this two lens ?

Well, honestly I have not used other lens like 14-54 or 12-60 to have comparison. But most of the review give them positive feedback. I myself do not have any complain.

Some people may have already had the older kit lenses with a previous camera (and not like the new ones), or they have higher grade lenses. While they could by the body only, they can make some money by buying the dual lens kit and reselling the lenses at a higher price.

It is sharp. And super compact. And great for its price.

But ... it is f3.5-5.6 ..... just like many of the Canikon kit lenses ...
