    Default RAW Files Max Burst

Hi all. Anyone know why the maximum burst using RAW is much less than L size photo? Even though both are of the same files size and RAW is suppose to be unprocessed.

RAW don't just mean unprocessed; it is also uncompressed. JPEG is extremely compressed.

Shouldn't RAW be more easily stored then i.e. more picture per burst?

Why? RAW is uncompressed, it's easily 4-5 times the size of JPEG. That means your camera buffer fills up much much faster.

I really do suggest you try to do a bit of research and read more about file formats for photography.

Are you sure about that? RAW should take up wayyy more space.
