    Default copyright question

I read this from the manual:

"Images taken with the k200d that are for anything other than personal enjoyment cannot be used without permission..."

does this mean if we sell our photos we have to ask shirro for permission?

    Hur hur.... define "personal enjoyment".

I take the photos, I see the photos. I use the cash for personal enjoyment. Does that infringe the clause?

Probably just a reminder to respect other's privacy when taking photos especially candid shots. I think this is more for in the US where even the camera maker can be sued if the user takes sensitive photos, I guess.
