Lowepro Classified Series

Saw them in Cathay today. Nice bags. Main gripe is that there is only one version that has a notebook slot... and as usual, it's the mother-****ing biggest one. Why? I like something smaller that can hold a smaller notebook.

Other than that, to me it's a nicer bag then the Think Tank Urban Disguise series.

You must be joking. It is one of the worst bags that Lowepro has brought out in recent times.

They have a zipper that looks like you can have access to the the lens but it only serves to make the bag smaller. Yes it can expand like the Shapeshifter but it is rather pathetic. The series is too much material, too heavy and not very practical. Lowepro lost their best designers in recent years and have yet to recover from the loss.

I didn't care much about the expansion bits. I like that the main compartment zipper is closer to the back. For me I find that easier to work with. Also I liked the looks of it. It's just right to me. Not too flashly like a Crumpler, not too obiang like the Urban Disguise, and not too uncle-ly like the Billinghams. Well, except maybe the biggest one. There's something about a huge bag that just looks downright... not nice.

PS. Ignore the last comment if you're a working pro. You're allowed to have huge bags. :P

an idea is to look for a weekend bag, den buy foam cushions for the cam & lenses. brands Braun Buffel, FX Creation, Dunhill, Renoma, etc may have wad u looking for.

i got a (an uncle looking Goldlion at lelong price) canverted for my cam & stuff.

kinda nice to me but the actually usablity has yet to cfm but for sure it look better than TT UD series which make u look like carry the those laptop bag from dell.
