Default Not Sure Is A Screen Defect

    hi bros,

I just came to notice I had this screen defect on my D300. I am not sure is there a protective layer on top because when I try to clean it it doesn't go away. It seems the marks are within! Any good advise?

It can be clean by removing the LCD cover, happened to D200 also. How much did NSC charge for that?
