for picture #2, would you mind sharing exif data? i have a picture with almost the same frame.. but yours are crystal clear.. apologies for the newbie question.

wow! i shot using my 50D with 17-55, cant beat the sharpness and clearness of 5D mark2 of 24-70...now it explained why your setup is 3x more expensive!

Not sure if you realised it, PictureFreak, but one of your photos (the Christmas tree) is creating a bit of a stir on the DPReview forum here:-

Hahaha i guess that explains why the view count for that picture suddenly shot up like crazy... Let them argue and fight lah....I am totally enjoying my new camera...thatz what most important to me I am quite sure Canon will come up with a fix soon... Glad you enjoyed the pictures

Is it possible to have same quality of pictures taken with Canon 50D - 17-55mm IS f2.8 for pictures above?? really like it crystal clear. Are you using any tripod?
