Plan :TCSS then Sunrise Shoot. For the Onz ones, there is alway night shoot...
Budget : less than $15/pax.(mainly buy food and drinks to last through the night)

To mark the new FY 09, we'll also do a group photo at 23.59 hrs SHARP, and hopefully this cld be done on A BIG GROUP.

So guyz/ladiez, kindly disseminate this info & make this happen. And pls also suggest the exact spot where the gathering shld be and also the suggested spot is also the best location to capture the "1st-Light of 2009".
