    the sky still very natural and great, the trees ah etc too greenish le unless thats what you intended. i always find hdr the centre spot being more greyish and like a 'blackhole' sucking away colours and light haha

    Wanted to join you butties for the orchid shoot but it was on a Monday and I couldn't take leave.
    Soooooo, i went to Orchid Garden myself the following week.

    Sharing one of my shots:

    Too bad there's a curly extension that's in front of the center part of the orchid. I found it a bit distracting .. but .. errrhhhh .. cannot prune ..

    This shots is will be good if it is place on the 1/3 rule compo. Even if we judges on curve patterns, it kind of lopsided. However good attempt at breaking the rule? MHO.
    Think of concepts and work towards it.

    how about background? is it standard to use white subject against white background?
