![]() ![]() I took this with my Olympus E510, 14-42mm with a 15 seconds exposure. Any comments for me please? Thanks! (resized original here: http://img227.imageshack.us/my.php?i...lightedyc7.jpg) Last edited by KSeet; 30th November 2008 at 12:48 AM. |

Nice on Eiffel Tower, but too much dark foreground.

the tower does look brilliant, but there are a couple of things that distract me.
1) the "dead" foreground - move closer, zoom in or crop to recompose the pic 2) the slight slant of the tower - my eyes could be failing me, but i think that there is a slight slant to the shot. i think that the shot would be more dramatic if the sky was darker. either wait a little long in the evening / earlier in the morning. also check with your ISO setting, set it to the lowest (e.g. iso100). |

Yah i also agree I should crop the photo. will do so! :P My ISO setting...hmm...forgot to set that. It could be at ISO100 if I'm not wrong, but i'll recheck. It was already quite dark. I sort of adjusted the levels to expose a bit of the clouds. Maybe I shouldn't have done that? haha okie! Thanks for your tips man! |
