Wanted professional photographers for company portrait

As above, looking for professional photographer to do individual portraits of my company personnel. We have a staff strength of about 150+. Time will be somewhere in Jan 09.
It will mostly be a full day event thing, to be done on a weekday. (we function on a five day week)

A conference room at my office will be allocate and the following setup to be provided by you -

- Lightings
- Backdrops
- Make up artist (for simple touch up of some lady staffs)

Hi, quick question.

1) Pictures needed for Annual Report or for some other casual purposes? Set-up are different for each one.
2) Are the pictures individual shots or a group shot? If it is group shot, how big is the group?

As stated in my first thread "do individual portraits of my company personnel", the photos will need to be professional as in annual report and company website.

this needs to be answered as well as it determines the set-up, strobe power and number of personnel needed.

I can't help but to mention that he said "individual portraits". Meaning no group shots.

150 personnels, assuming each takes 10 mins, that's 1500mins which is 25 hours straight....think it need at least 2 if not 3 days.

That's even an assumption that everyone is so timely and cooperative The last I know in big companies, things normally move slower than you can imagine

Base on experience, impossible to finish in one day.

The last time I did for a company with 200 staffs, it took me 3 full days.

Well we all can group together and shoot - as long as the client willing to pay. Is just matter of proper planning and organisation.

All who have posted here seem to have a good portfolio. There are 8 in these thread who have showed interest. Therefore assuming we can have 10 shooters and 10 exciting locations in your office (Corporate Logos), we can have 15 individuals to each shooter.

Assuming Setups are fixed and make ups are nominal foundations for men too(this is corporate image shoot).

Anyway it saves the company a few operational days to do a shoot in one day. Therefore, whatever is quoted for this strategy will be investment worthwhile(assuming you have 10 great shooters as the one in this thread).

The chances of ppl getting MC is quite high for 150 ppl, and yet to include urgent leave.
