Talking nokton 58mm or nikon 85mm

need some advice from user of the following lens:

1. Nokton 58mm/f1.4 SL II
2. nikon afd 85mm f/1.8

been reading this 2 gem, though i have not seen (just me) any site comparing this 2 yet, to me both are excellent in terms of image quality, price wise its not much of a difference too ($580) and ($630), other pro and cons i can think of are:

noktor 58mm:
a. its a manual lens
b. it has f/1.4 (nice)
c. since its chipped it will meter, i think (i may be wrong here)

nikon 85mm:
a. will af in my camera

lens will be use mainly for portraiture.

may be i'm missing something i don't know, ,,,can any 1 give any views pls., appreciate it

thank you

If you are not conformable with MF, go for the 85mm.

Here's one from a few days ago, no PP.. just a in camera mono picture control.

View the full size here. Just check out the corner sharpness!! This is shot at f3.2 though.. will post some wide open shots once I get home (yesh, I'm still outside) later.. ;P
