When my I couldnt sleep early at the Pasir Ris Chalet, I decided to take some snaps in the nearby Pasir Ris Coastline.

Are you using a tripod ? If you are, close down on the aperture. Open too wide if
on tripod. If not, well it should be done with tripod

Looks nothing more than a night by the seaside Sky has a nice pattern I feel.
Take off your filter if you have one, if not closing the aperture will helps with
the excessive flares

Excellent examples of flare. Have you used any filter? Take it off next time or try to avoid having lamps in the frame.

Apart from the technicalities, do try to correct the tilt of landscape shots because they are immediately apparent to a viewer. But much more than that, it would be good to think through what made you make each of the shots and what are you trying to convey to the viewer. The conception of that idea you want to bring across and how to compose it effectively makes a difference.

Shooting directly at these light sources, even if you stop down you probably still have quite a bit. If you really need to shoot as such , you can clone them post processing wise

Thanks for all the feedback guys, I need those.

I have a HOYA filter attached to my lens. Will remove it before I take shots with strong light sources next time. As for the Aperture its already F8. I may be trying to get a smaller one next time. Hopefully this can reduce the flares.

Pasir Ris Coastline is pretty dark despite the white lamps. My original intention is to make the park brighten up and look livelier.

Thanks again guys...
