Default Chinese garden view in HDR

Good day,
below is some landscape shots taken at chinese garden and it is also my first time trying HDR. The image was produced using Photomatix 3.

IMHO

#1 Just another area of vegetation. Sky seems cloudy. (Question: is the sky very bright to use HDR - wondering ?)

#2 Looks abit tilted. Moving trees in the wind is not suitable for HDR. Makes them looks fuzzy after blending. A Graduated ND filter will serve you better for this scene. Composition normal.

#3 Still tilted, but better overall impression than #2. Personally find the exposure abit dark.
