one dayy
but could never receive the hype the 5D mark II has had, just because Canon have had to play catch up with nikon. Will be a interesting 12 months for canon i think, and the next 12 months after that nikon will fight back Time will tell |

Potential customers and users of D3x must be recession-proof and have ultra deep pockets. Oh yes, and they have to make sure their investments and savings are safe

but if you did a little reading up you will realise that someone had already pointed out the the supposedly D3x pictures are very similar or in fact are retouched versions of the earlier press release shots of the D3 here is comment below... Please see my post below - retouched D3 press photos. Looks like they serve as some sort of placeholder until announcement. Retouched D3 Press photos - front photo D3 changed to D3X, back photo D3 changed to D3x plus a photo put on the screen. Compare it yourself, I saved the D3x photos from the Nikon USA website and uploaded them to an image hoster D3X Front Nikon USA below http://i35.tinypic.com/95pmo9.jpg D3 Front Nikon Press USA below http://press.nikonusa.com/gallery/ni...4-70_front.jpg D3X Back Nikon USA below http://i37.tinypic.com/1f924g.jpg D3 Back Nikon Press USA below http://press.nikonusa.com/gallery/ni...es/D3_back.jpg so are they really "real evidence"? |

new product announcements are seldom made on a Monday. 2nd Dec might be a better bet

It came out on Nikon USA website for awhile (quite a few of them saw it while it was still there, including the one that pointed out the similarity with the D3 pictures). Either its real, or Nikon just pulled a damn late April's Fool joke on everyone!
