    Sooner or later, someone will ask TS whether he has got the model release from that chap, or the original photographer will ask TS whether he got any permission from him to post his photo here, or the lawyers of Courts will ask TS to meet them in Courts ....

    its a little tricky here. Cos the TS shot a wall, not the chap.

    a model release is only needed to state the terms of use, if you use the image for profit
    if there is no profit from the use of an image, then the subject can only ask you to take it down.

    i would suppose that this comes in the clause of fair use (editorial)
    so no case
