    @Maestrolik,

    I'll hit the gym when I feel much better. That's a long time to heal.

    @Luntut,

    Yeah, you cannot use a brace for chest. Glad that you're now well.

    @Ianwurn

    Thanks for the Siglap heads up but I'm not too keen with yoga.

    @Big Kahuna,

    Most of the GP will only prescribe painkillers and pain relief cream.

    It looks like Singapore doctors are lacking knowledge of sports injury recovery and treatment.

    My diagnose at the A&E was just atypical chest pain, it's frustrating as there was no proper diagnose and I was allowed home as the hospital needed the bed.

    @Big Kahuna,

    I don't mind paying a bit more and the specialist doctor is able to diagnose and treat me.

    @Lumiere,

    I cannot use ice anymore as it's more then 1 day, 5 months to be exact. Thanks.

    normally it takes about 6months to heal with rehab training...

    Thanks for the heads up about the down time.

    Yeah, I've heard about the Singapore Sports council sports medicine but I believe that it's not for the average Joe.
