Questions on Konica Film SLR & lens

Hey there,

I just recently received a Konica Autoreflex TC from my Dad. Problem is, the battery leaked a long time ago and the camera's metering system doesn't work. It also runs on a mercury battery which has since been outlawed here a long time ago.

Anyone knows where to fix my camera and convert it to be able to accept batteries which are available now?

Also, can my Konica Hexanon AR 40 1.8 be mounted onto a Sony Alpha DSLR system?
