really depends on the severity of pain. I think there should be an Tuina association in SG so can call to check if have certified masters in your area if really bad?

for me i go for the weekly $10 30min massage at local CC. Can check if your cc have also.

for home base, i find stretching exercises + comfortable bed does work just not as good as having a rub down.

    Hello roygoh,

Will take a look at the book when I have a chance.
I think there should be someone in CS who knows some uncle who does
    tuina - home based.

    Thanks for the recommendation.

    Hi Flashbulb,

I have searched. There isn't any association as such.
I have never heard of CC having such tui-na thingy.
    Where is it in particular?

    Thanks!

I thinks is under this http://www.singaporetcm.com/eng/index.html

What happens is got uncles come together and offer for $10 for 30 mins under CC.

Choa Chu Kang CC has one, for me is right in front my block at Jurong.

But if home based, i dont know.

Thank alot. Will check with other CC if they do provide such services.

I thought CS would generate more response for such information.
