I have recently been given an old Ricoh KR-10, as the person did not use it any more. I already have a Canon EOS 10D, but I have never really used a film SLR camera before. I have been into photography for a few months now, and I'm loving it...but this camera is a new challenge for me. It came with a standard 50mm lens, and a Hanimex HMC 75-200mm macro lens with a 1:4.5 ratio. Now I have no idea what to do with this lens or what it's capabilities are. It was pretty dirty when I got it, but i cleaned it and there is no damage to the optics and everything looks good through the view finder. Would someone be able to help me with this camera and the macro lens so I know its capabilities and what it can be used for, since I have never done macro photography before. Thanks a heap.

It is very similiar to nikon FM-10, searching the manual for it or the manual for nikon fm-10 from internet.
Don't count on the macro zoom lens, those kind of old zoom cannot produce good result as your modern canon lens. |
