Which cam to buy will have to be decided by you cos you are the one using the cam. Personally, I would prefer the A350 as I don't really shoot fast action stuff so the 3fps is not really useful to me.
You have to know what you want to shoot first.

It's the A350's "noise issue" that bothered me... too bad the A300 does not come with body only....

I just gotten a A350 despite the $200 difference.
So far so good, as i am a beginner so alot of things still learning... Btw, i am using the kit lens 18-70 and intend to get a cz lens which is priced at $1099 at sony. Will the lens attrached to my A350 take pics quality similiar to the A700? I was told that the A700 processing chip is better than the A350, thus the pic quality are better |

2. You will probably get sharper pictures than the kit lens, but the A700 will still have the better processing. That being said, if you shoot in RAW and actually take time to learn post-processing, you can achieve wonders with that cam. ![]()

The setup I am having in mind is A300 + 50mm(1.4) + 18-250mm + VG-B30AM + HVL-F42AM + 2 additional batteries + 4GB CF Card I think the setup should cover 90% of the situation.... right? ![]() Last edited by Anson; 21st November 2008 at 08:44 PM. |

Aiyooo.... That's why you go down in person!
Only if you shoot in portrait orientation more than landscape.
