I'll recommend you Mr Charles Google or Ms Sigourney Yahoo. Seriously.

They are awesome mentors.

Personally, this effect is pretty simple, translatable thru the massive amount of tutorials available online. I don't think it is worth it to pay someone to teach you one specific post processing technique especially one it is very much explored and discussed online.

And if you are a postprocessing enthusiast like me, experiment! I got the effect for my web designing works before even learning that there's such a coined technique used by Dave Hill.

All in all, I think this effect is so cliched now but its no harm dwelling on I guess.

Good luck!

If I'm not wrong, this Dave Hill does much more than just mere post processing to get his effect.

I think what we should learn is not to emulate 100%. We absorb the crux of the whole technique process then apply it in accordance to our tastes and preferences. It will help you define your style in the long run and not always depend on a step-by-step coaching every single time.

it's also the way he lights. you can gather some of that through the vids on his website.

there are also rumours that he uses the lucis art plugin. not sure if this has been confirmed or not.

hey

it seems pretty easy
you dont need a special classes. if you got base photoshop skills you can do it really easy.

it seems that at many pictures he uses actions

as far as i know this one is created by polish photographer and its called DRAGANIZER/DRAGANISER

look it up in flickr or other websites.
you donwload action and it make the effect for you-you will need to customize it.
aso check tutorials

good luck(you will see you can do it alone!)
