Priced for a quick sale, have gotten another M42 lens to try out.

Had gotten this M42 mount lens to try, have heard good things about the Pentacon series of lens, made in Western Germany.

What I like about this lens: the image quality is good, and the build quality, as with all old lenses, is excellent. One additional feature that I quite liked was the closing focusing (not up to macro standards, of course) that allows you to get close to the subject

Lens condition:
Optical: 9.5 / 10 (no scratches, fungus, haze)
Mechanical: 8.5 (no damage, just the wear from use expected for an old lens)

For info, you can get a genuine M42 to K adaptor (i.e. no focus to infinity or mechanical problems) from fotografix at chinatown pt... of course u can also get off ebay. Actually, both will cost you ard the same price (even with shipping), except at fotografix u get it on the spot.
