    Hi,

Any recommendations for ballroom shooting? Flash direct or bounce?

definitely bounce flash, but do take note of the colour of the ceiling. best if you shoot in RAW so that you can change the white balance later on. could also do with a bounce card or a flash diffuser like a lightsphere or an omnibounce.
    Fuji.

Actually, till now, I still not very sure which is the best way to set white balance? Is setting white balance required each time at different location? Can anyone advise what is the best way and procedures to set wb?

You might really want to do a bit of reading up on the concept of white balance, and its applications. It is a broad, extensive and very essential element of photography to understand, in my humble opinion.
