Night shot with Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6 APO DG MACRO?

Could anyone let me know how's the Night shot from Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6 APO DG MACRO? When I see most of the review, it says that this lens is not good for night shooting. I was thinking of getting it one. But some one recommend me to buy Nikkor 70-300VR which is too expensive more than double the price of Sigma.
Could anyone share the pics taken with Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6 APO DG MACRO, especially during night mode...
