Capture one pro 4 or lightroom 2?

I'm caught in between these 2 softwares, not sure which one to choose. I haven't used the lightroom before though, but heard alot of good reviews about it. Anyone used the 2 to give a comparison?

for the general feel of a software rather than on specific questions, nothing like downloading the free trial software and giving them a spin... everyone has their preferences
