Hi,your first pic is slightly dark on my LCD.As for #2 and #3 your flash is too harsh.Try to bring it down abit.But I think overall you can sharpen more for web viewing.

Thanks for the comment! #1 pic compare to others definitely under but if I increase the the brigthness, the spider belly will be over. Still learning how to control the flash. All picture taken with flash set to 1/4 to 1/16.

Finally a constructive advice I had received!

Good DOF control.

Agree on the flash exposure. But can be PS corrected somewhat if not too blown.

1) Ctrl+Alt+~ to select highlights
2) Ctrl+J to paste selected highlights as new layer
3) Blend mode : Multiply

You should see image darken. Play with opacity to taste.

Thanks macro "sifu"! Still got long way to learn how to flash and PS, I think!
